Process audit
I sit with you for a session, watch the job get done, and find the bits where your time bleeds. No deck. No deliverable. Just a list of what's worth automating.
You describe the bottleneck. I build the tool. One process, one purpose-built piece of software.
I sit with you for a session, watch the job get done, and find the bits where your time bleeds. No deck. No deliverable. Just a list of what's worth automating.
Then I build the tool. Web app, desktop app, hardware integration — whatever the job actually needs. You own the code.
I ship it, train you on it, and get out of the way. No subscription. No ongoing fees you didn't sign up for.
Calibration techs were running through the Mantracourt B24 wireless strain-gauge calibration process by hand. Every device, every time — same sequence, error-prone, slow, lots of repeated keystrokes.
The build is a desktop tool that talks to the B24 over its radio, runs the calibration steps in sequence, and validates each reading against tolerance as it goes.
It writes the report at the end. The tech runs one job instead of forty button-presses.
